*We are an independently owned franchise with the Cruise Planners organization. As such, our job is to book people for their travel, not simply give advice. We are full service travel agents. Hotels, tickets, air, cruises, rail, private tours, and much, much more can be booked through a travel agent. Any advice given without having you as our client is deemed reliable at the time given, but is not a guarantee of service by any provider. The best travel advice comes from a professional trusted travel advisor who continually works with you to ensure your travel experience is what you want as you want it.

Cruise Planners is a licensed, bonded, and insured travel agency. We are members on CLIA (Cruise Line International Association), and ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents). 

**COVID-19 update, As of 3/15/2020: We require all of our clients to purchase travel insurance within 24 hours of all bookings. This is for the client's benefit. We will give options for insurance from our trusted insurance advisor, but will accept proof of travel protection from the travel vendors themselves.

The trip planning service provided by Cruise Planners-CFTravelCo is FREE. We are compensated by the cruise lines, tour operators, resorts, and hotels that you select for your trip.

We do reserve the right to charge a service fee for our time involved with planning your trip under certain circumstances. The primary circumstance in which we would charge a travel planning fee is if you completely change the itinerary of your travel. (i.e. After completing the Travel Planning Questionnaire** form you ask us to plan a Caribbean cruise but during the research phase you tell us that you want a vacation to Hawaii instead.) This type of change would require a Travel Planning Fee. The Travel Planning Fee is charged before we begin researching the alternate travel destination and is non-refundable.
